This allows you to have your intake reps do all the preliminary work that is needed before the actual negotiators and lawyers touch a file. Once this step is completed they should be provided with all the necessary information and pre-qualification information to begin helping a home owner save their home. This process also includes the generation of loan docs, pre-filled with the file information, which can be emailed to the homeowner from within the app.

  Whenever you open Moder it checks for updates and if it finds one it presents you with a little icon to and message telling you that there is an update. All you have to do is click that button and magically the install begins and is done within a matter of minutes. It is truly the most seamless and simple update functionality of any application on the market today. So you won't have to worry about your system staying up to date with the latest changes to the HAMP program guidelines.

  Quickly assess what it is that you need to get done on a file any given day. Upon login you are presented with a quick view dashboard that presents you with all relavent information for that day such as your followups, new leads (coming soon...), and files in your pipeline. You can also see how you are doing in closing files and get some personal stats.
